HTR is located in Garner, North Carolina, a southeast suburb of Raleigh, North Carolina. Raleigh and the surrounding area have a total population of three quarters of a million people and is the capital of North Carolina. HTR is a 30 minute drive from the Research Triangle Park which is one the highest real estate valued areas in North Carolina. We are also a 35 minute drive from Raleigh-Durham International Airport making nationwide and worldwide travel accessible.
HTR's facility is comprised of approximately 80,000 square feet of offices, manufacturing, testing and warehouse space located on 5.2 acres of land. Each room is individually temperature, humidity and climate controlled for testing accuracy. The building is constructed of steel supports and beams with 12-inch masonry walls and 5,000 pound concrete floors. The entire facility is covered with a new standing-seam Butler steel roof.
